SIMON GERAGHTY
Simon Geraghty has over 20 years experience in Marketing & Advertising. He also holds a Masters in Sociology from UCD and qualifications in Advertising and Marketing. He is a former lecturer in Marketing at the Digital Skills Academy. Simon project manages all work carried out by Dot Dash.
Simon founded Dot Dash in September 2011. We have worked with clients ranging from Semi-State organisations to start-ups and from Stockholm to Paris to New York. Simon manages an agile team who have always worked remotely, whether from home offices, hot desks, or on-site with our clients.
Conor O‘Boyle is a graphic designer with a focus on working with digital media.
He has worked on a variety of interactive and website design projects with clients as diverse as Irish Life, Meteor, Diageo, The NDRC, The Electric Picnic, Nickelodeon and Heineken. In addition to his design work, Conor has also taught at the three leading Dublin design colleges.

TREVOR CLOWRY
Trevor Clowry is an award-winning developer who has been developing and managed websites/applications for Government, State and private organisations for the last 20 years.
In the past, he has worked with clients such as Coillte, Bord Na Mona and NAMA. Trevor works in a number of programming languages (including ASP, PHP, JS, HTML and CSS), Content Management Systems, (WordPress, Drupal, Expression Engine) and databases (MSSQL, MYSQL).
He has managed over 100 website projects, helping clients through the strategic, specification, design, development, testing and launch phases using agile development and design processes.
Key Projects: Bertha Foundation, Nuevo Mundo, Irish Playography, Totally Dublin.

DISCOVER
Objective for this stage: Identify the problem we are trying to solve, state the requirements that must be met, and clarify the constraints that must be considered.
Deliverable in this phase: Signed off wireframes and site content received from client.
IDEATE
Objective for this stage: Creation of initial design direction and outputs. These are driven by our signed off content, site goals, and user needs.
Deliverable in this phase: Signed off on the design direction so we can move into constructing our prototype website.
PROTOTYPE
Objective for this stage: We start to build our prototype site with our proposed design layouts. We build these the end user in mind.
Deliverable in this phase: Full working prototype of the new website.
REFINE » LAUNCH
Objective for this stage: We transform our strong beta prototype into a fully polished and ready website. This is done by building on our existing front-end coding.
Deliverable in this phase: Published operational redesigned website.
